Congratulations to Marc Allman, who has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. This new role consolidates his responsibilities for standard and custom product engineering, production, delivery, installation and ongoing support as well as finance and continuous improvement.
Congratulations to Jaycen Rigger, who has left the Technical Support group to become the Special Projects Manager. In this new position, he provides consulting for new applications, project management for systems integrations, and consultation and training for the Eclipse/XL200 production management system to customers across the roll forming industry.
Congratulations to Jeff Burger, the new Director of Engineered Systems & Support. Jeff now leads both the Integrated Systems and Support Departments. Among his responsibilities are quoting systems, managing support technicians, and project management for all custom systems, from order entry to installation.
Welcome back to T.R. Parrish, our Support Coordinator. The position of Support Coordinator was created to improve the level of support we offer our customers. T.R.'s primary responsibility is to serve as the front line of the Support Department, increasing the amount of time our Support Technicians can spend on solving complicated customer issues.
